“ Usually the food is amazing...last night, however, the turkey burgers were on the verge of raw (which definitely steals from the taste and appeal lol) We decided to eat them and pray for the best since we were on a time crunch and thankfully, we didn't wind up sick. Ambience is great to chill at in the evening, noise level is surprisingly low for a place like this. NBA on the TV. Nice staff. What more could you ask for? Totally recommend the Veggie Pizza it was delicious! ”
“ Let's start out with our waitress Lily. She is awesome all day, all the way. She made sure she understood exactly what we were looking for and got our order spot on. Her suggestions is what made the meal. Girlfriend went with the Sea Food Platter. Lilly hooked her up with some extra sauce and ranch dressing. It looked, smelled and tasted amazing. I ordered the Gumbo and it was outstanding. Just the right amount of heat with a ton of flavor. I really liked the mound of rice in the middle as well. We are now repeat customers and not just because the foods great but because you have folks like Lily that make you feel like family. ”

We were seated right away and our server Skip was very attentive, fast, and very professional. Appetizer was the Elote chicken dip. Nice flavor and didn’t skimp on chicken. Flavor is exactly what you would expect from a Mexican street market. The turkey bacon guacamole sandwich hit the spot. The turkey was tender and the guacamole had the right amount of spice. Bread was nice and crunchy. Hatch chile burger was very flavorful and hatch chile was very present. I would recommend a pretzel bun as opposed to the brioche bun. The brioche bun didn’t hold up well with all the ingredients and was a bit messy. “ Great road trip supper in Joplin. Okay, so... the cast iron Chicken Elotes were soooooo friggin’ delicious! The cheese curds in beer batter with the “hot” caramel dip were phenomenal. My wife loved her chicken fried steak. The server was awesome. I feel bad for not remembering her name. I know this is a blanket statement and Asian is super vague but she had long black hair, bubbly and personable, suggested the caramel dip side as a fan favorite and she was right on the money. 10 out of 10 server status. My sister in law loved her beef Ajou. Negative was the nachos. They were underwhelming even aside from the fantastic comparison. ”
